• reviewing your request for assistance;

• if required, attending an initial call with you to discuss your matter;

• preparing a draft request for fee estimate and a proposal (RFP) to be sent to potential legal services providers;

• helping you identify which potential legal services providers we should obtain fee estimates and proposals from on your behalf;

• processing one round of comments from you on the draft RFP;

• finalising the RFP and engaging with your selected potential legal services providers;

• compiling the feedback received from all potential legal services providers;

• providing you with our recommendation and a summary of the feedback received;  

• connecting you with your selected legal services provider.​​

For complex matters, we may also conduct one round of negotiations with potential legal services providers to ensure that you are getting the best price.
